Very helpful and friendly service
Seriously SUCH bad customer service! I came in to print some stuff off of a USB, which is something I do at FedEx location locations all the time because I don’t have a printer at home. This is my first time coming to this location and most definitely my last time. I tried to print my documents and all of them printed no problem, but one of them said that it printed and then it didn’t. Worst customer service. Thursday 5/28/26 6:52pm and associate is already telling people to go to another FedEx that closes at 8pm because he doesn’t want to help, even though they close at 7pm. There was at least 6 people going in and getting turned away. I asked him a simple question about using the self service QR scanning and all he said was “I suggest going to a FedEx that closes at 8pm”. This was at 6:55pm. I’m not even asking him to help me! Absolutely horrible service. The support agent was rude and not helpful at all. She was only trying to sell other services and charge extra fees. She treated someone ahead of me in the same way rudely.
