I had previously gone to a different FedEx location but was totally ignored, so I went to this one instead. As soon as I walk in the door, one of the employees (a nice young lady) offered to help me mail my important tax documents. Within 5-10 mins, I was done and on my way home. Awesome! I'll go back to this location if I ever need FedEx in the future. The other location on Homestead Rd near Starbucks sucks!!

I went to the office to mail my passport. I was pretty worried because the reviews here are terrible, but the service was surprisingly smooth. The staff helped me out in under two minutes. It’s exceeding my expectations!
