Fedex is the worst delivery service! I don't know how they are still in business! Every time I have to receive something or send something it's hell! Sent time sensitive documents, paid for overnight...it didn't arrive cause they kinda lost it and got there 2 days later. Asked for a refund, store declined any responsibility saying I should do it through customer service. Rude and unprofessional staff
I had previously gone to a different FedEx location but was totally ignored, so I went to this one instead. As soon as I walk in the door, one of the employees (a nice young lady) offered to help me mail my important tax documents. Within 5-10 mins, I was done and on my way home. Awesome! I'll go back to this location if I ever need FedEx in the future. The other location on Homestead Rd near Starbucks sucks!!
Very unfriendly and impatient staff member even after you showed kindness and empathy!
Cashier .. "Our system is down and we can't process anything today. Is it prepaid. " In this day n age !!
