Great staff, always helpful with a smile
The store manager, Tim, was so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed.
So easy and painless to. Davis gave excellent customer service, thought of every option possible to make it as economical and planet, friendly as possible, and did it quickly and with a smile, you could tell he genuinely wanted to help.
I regularly use this FedEx location to drop off shipments for my business, and unfortunately, the employees here are consistently unpleasant to deal with. I often bring in packages that weigh between 40 to 70 pounds, sometimes including barbells that are about 7 feet long and weigh around 45 pounds. All of these shipments are well within FedEx Ground’s official drop-off policies, and I always make sure I am following their rules regarding what is allowed to be accepted at these locations.
