They definitely do not open at the time that they have posted on the door & that is reflected on Google or the website. It wa 8:20 on Thurs 2/13 and I’m standing outside in the rain and It’s completely dark in the store. When she finally arrived, it was clear as she was just late but claimed it was the weather. Got here at 8:40 am, and they are closed. The hours on Google maps and the doors state they open at 8 am.
Here at 8am it’s 8:30 and still not open. Just update your hours.
Store supposed to be open at 10 am Saturday but it’s 10:10 and no one is here.
DO NOT PRINT HERE. This location's printers are broken and the posters that came out were streaky and discolored. When I picked up the posters and raised the issue, the employee, Ayesha, blamed me (!) for sending her a "bad" file even when a reprint showed it was streaky and discolored in other places, so it was clearly not a file issue. Another employee then told me they couldn't issue a refund and needed to wait for a manager to do so the next business day, which still hasn't happened - I now think that was a lie to get me... read more
