Terrible service. The worst location!
Just to let others know, this FedEx is in a hotel on the second floor. They also charge to take your package. Huh?
This location is lucky I can’t give a 0 star review but to sum up my interaction Heather the manager is terrible customer service wise, and can’t even hold herself accountable so, imagine having to work with her or for her. It’s been 17 days since I came here and she told me she can’t ship out my package and would refund me. I’m still not refunded. Calvin is a terrible employee as well once he heard my name he knew exactly who I was said he’d take care of the situation and transferred me to a regular employee since he doesn’... read more
