How to find: Go to the Fairmont entrance on 2nd Street, head up the escalator, and take a left. You can't miss it. It's a mini FedEx with the major features you'd need, staff is courteous & professional.
I needed some assistance while away for a business conference, and the FedEx office was able to help.
