As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Larry who immediately started to help with me a huge return that needed to be processed. I expressed how nervous I was about this big purchase getting damaged in transit and Larry responded with a quick “I got you” , added extra padding, and taped it up with such care! I left the store feeling confident and happy to have such a smooth exchange! Thanks Larry! 10/10 customer service!
One of the best locations. Everyone is quick and always going above and beyond.
I was forced to visit twice, spending over an hour in total, due to the staff's inability to scan a simple QR code for a return. Both the young male employee and the female store manager were rude and unprofessional. The manager spent her time on a personal phone call while attempting to help me and became belligerent when she realized her error.
