Fast and easy. Friendly service
I just sent a package and the service was excellent. The associate who helped me was named Larry and he was professional, efficient and friendly. I wish all my service interactions were like this.
The staff seemed helpful, and promised to wrap my shipment with lots if bubble wrap and take care of everything. It turns out I was way over charged, minimal bubble wrap and my shipment showed up scratched and dented and the box was crushed. In trying to place a claim FedEx blamed it on the store as apparentlyits the senders responsibility. It's their store i sent from and they stilldont take responsibility. I don’t usually leave reviews but the service was pretty unhelpful. The worker did a poor job at communicating with me. I left thinking my order had been placed and that I would pick it up tmrw. Upon inquiring the next day, I was surprised when they said they never received an order. Moreover, the employee was unhelpful again forcing me to go to a different location for printing a poster.
Was a bit worried by all the negative reviews (although most are old). But I had a very good experience getting a passport photo. The employee helping me was competent and friendly. Could not have gone better. Store seems to be well run, just judging by how neat and orderly everything was on my visit.
