I frequent this location for various printing and shipping needs. There are always two people max working and keeping this location running daily. Nita and her other colleague are always kind, professional, and hard working. I’ve witnessed the plethora of difficult and disrespectful customers in store. The two female employees, I believe Mary was one of their names, were super unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Totally disgusting behavior
I had an excellent experience at this FedEx location thanks to the store manager nitta. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions, offer solutions, and ensure everything was handled correctly. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive. Highly recommend this store!
