I had an excellent experience at this FedEx location thanks to the store manager nitta. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions, offer solutions, and ensure everything was handled correctly. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive. Highly recommend this store!

I visit this store often for shipping, returns, and packing supplies, and every single time I walk in, Nita is there running the entire store with just one team member, Michael, doing the work most locations need several people to handle.
