The lady at the front desk was so rude and it look like she don’t even want to help me with what I want and she says your mail didn’t come through when I have sent it to the store mail this is such a waste of time to come this particular store
Absolutely terrible experience. The staff was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a FedEx location. Customer service was completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and going somewhere else.
The staff and service here are absolutely awesome! I was in a real bind with my poster presentation scheduled for tomorrow morning. By 4 PM today, I still hadn't printed my poster, and the website said the earliest pick-up would be tomorrow afternoon. I called this FedEx store just to see if there was any chance, and the employee was so helpful—he told me they could get it done today. To my surprise, they had it ready in less than an hour! I’m so grateful. Thank you for saving my day!
