Only 1 member of staff who was helpful but extremely begrudgingly by her expression. Not rude by any means but definitely not happy to be asked for assistance.
Manager Crystal is absolutely amazing. Incredibly helpful, hard worker, and very knowledgeable.
The two guys working there were pretty rude / unhelpful. Luckily there was another woman who was able to help me with what I needed.
Myniah was exceptionally kind and helpful. I didn’t even know the name of what I was asking for when I called and she helped me tremendously. She helped me make sure my images were of a high enough resolution and that I had everything I needed for the banner to come out out. When I picked up my order, she was so kind and helpful. Crystal was also very helpful and kind. It was a delight to work with such wonderful staff.
Absolutely avoid this place. The staff is incredibly rude, charging me without completing the task. FedEx, it’s time to reassess your employees and management. This is truly shameful.
