I wish I could leave zero stars. Terrible customer service. Rude, ignorant employees. The 4 workers standing there doing nothing couldn’t even bother to assist me. Be mindful there was only one other customer in the store so it’s not like they were busy. The printing station takes forever for a verification code ,so I asked the employee how long the wait time would be since it already charged my card. I was met with attitude. Only 1 member of staff who was helpful but extremely begrudgingly by her expression. Not rude by any means but definitely not happy to be asked for assistance.
Manager Crystal is absolutely amazing. Incredibly helpful, hard worker, and very knowledgeable.
