Unprofessional Behavior !!! THIS LOCATI0N NEEDS TO BE CLOSED. I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had, I arrived approximately 8 minutes before closing time to ship a package. The agent laughed at me when i said need to ship my phone, Instead of being greeted respectfully, the agent mocked me and asked, “What made you come at this time?” This comment was unnecessary, unprofessional, and left me feeling unwelcome as a customer. I wish I could leave zero stars. Terrible customer service. Rude, ignorant employees. The 4 workers standing there doing nothing couldn’t even bother to assist me. Be mindful there was only one other customer in the store so it’s not like they were busy. The printing station takes forever for a verification code ,so I asked the employee how long the wait time would be since it already charged my card. I was met with attitude.
