I came here regarding a delivery issue, and Janet and another staff member whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, but started with an M, were incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process. Despite being busy and assisting other customers, they still took the time to help me and went above and beyond, even allowing me to use their office phone and personal devices to help resolve the issue. I really appreciated their patience and outstanding customer service.

I had an outstanding experience at this FedEx location, thanks in large part to Marco. My colleague and I spent several hours working on materials for an upcoming event, and what started as a complex, somewhat overwhelming set of requests quickly became seamless once Marco stepped in. The lady there seems like she doesn’t have patience. When we entered first thing she asked was “Do ya’ll speak English” I think that’s something racist to ask. Later we asked where could we buy stamps and repeated us 3 times it was next door with an attitude.
