Had an amazon package delivered. Had to wait over 20 minutes for a 1 minute pick up. The rep was having issues shipping a customers convention equipment (4 large pieces that cost $3k to have shipped to TX, to give you an idea of how long it took to weight and input info). It would have been super nice for the rep to say “let me get this persons Amazon delivery, it’ll take a minute” Once the rep helps me she asks for ID. They charge insane amount extra for dropping off based on the weight of the package. Turn around and went somewhere else.
Avoid at all costs. They charge an extra $10 per package because they are inside the Marriott hotel. Also, it is impossible to find and the parking is expensive. Find another FedEx location and save yourself a lot of headache.
Paid fed ex over 180 dollars to have a letter delievered. When it got to this location, they charged me an extra 4 dollrs "handling fee" to give it to me. I was givenn no notice prior to having to pay this fee and when I told them it was fed ex to fed ex, the clerk said to me "Ill just send it back then" I will be seeking a class action attorney and will be looking to sue fedex for this.
