Tuve una experiencia muy desagradable en esta sucursal de FedEx. Fui a enviar un paquete y el empleado comenzó a hablarme en inglés. Le expliqué que no hablo inglés y le pedí, por favor, que hablara normalmente en inglés frente a mi teléfono, porque yo podía usar el traductor por voz para que su explicación se tradujera automáticamente al español. This FedEx Office consistently gives me good service. Sometimes they are a little busy but their employees are always polite and helpful. Prices have gone up recently but overall they give good value.

Pretty nice place, except the old bald guy. He's not very nice. I'm here a LOT, drop off packages, we have a company account. I always sigh when I see him. He is not a kind person. Everyone else? Helpful. Him? Not so much. Several weeks back he seemed overjoyed to tell me that the final pickup had occurred, and disappointed when the other employee corrected him. And now, I was trying to state the drop off box was full but the second I started to say something, he cut me off with a "have a nice day" in that tone people use as... read more
