I had an amazing experience! I wish I caught the name of the man working- but he went above and beyond for us. He was alone in the shop on a pretty busy evening and we had a printing order that needed to be done asap. He was so helpful with assisting us with the options and making sure it got done in the time frame we needed- while simultaneously doing several other tasks. Great customer service!
Absolutely awful customer service. I absolutely hate when I have to call this place. The automated system is a nightmare.
Br prepared to wait. They had two employees and neither was in any hurry.
Use this office for printing 24x36 production tracking charts. So simple to upload to their site and order. Items are ready within a couple hours and prices are affordable. Recommend
My package was delayed for no good reason. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday and I did not get the package until Tuesday. I paid extra for expedited shipping, just for them to scam me and deliver it late without refunding me for that expedited shipping fee. They were scammers here.
