very strange employee behind the counter was incredibly on-edge and refused one of my packages IN FEDEX PACKAGING because it wasn’t “the right kind”. she then recommended i purchase the in-store packaging for $3+. gimme a break. i refused and took my package to the nearest fedex drop-off bin and it was delivered without issue 💀

I just had the most uncomfortable/unfriendly experience at this location. Three staff persons behind counter, nine customers waiting , but only one staff member assisting customers. Finally a young woman named Natalie offered me assistance. She was unfriendly, kept backing up away from the counter, not engaging what so ever, and was just downright odd. I decided to cancel my transaction due to the experience, will never go back, and would encourage others to not utilize this location.

The guy worker wouldn’t give a damn if the building was on fire. Horrible customer service. Instead of answering questions like a competent employee, he just grunted and said “I don’t know.” The woman at least was doing her job and interacting with customers.
