terrible service, terrible customer support, terrible company
Repeatedly Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Conduct: I visited this FedEx location to return an Apple computer using the QR code provided by Apple. Unfortunately, the customer service I received from Natalie was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. From the beginning of the interaction, Natalie made little to no eye contact, communicated minimally, and acted as though I was inconveniencing her. Wow Rob the manager was super helpful knowledgeable patient professional, and efficient in helping me get legal documents copied properly sized and preparing my 2-day letter shipping to the midwest .he went that extra mile to satisfy a customer. Fred Smith would be proud!
