I visited this FedEx location last Friday evening, and I want to be upfront: this isn't a rant, and it's not a one-star review. The store was clean, felt safe, and left a good overall impression. That's not what I'm writing about. What prompted this review was my experience with Mike. His energy toward me came across as passive-aggressive, and on top of that, communication was lacking. I've never once had friendly service at this location. I avoid it, but every few months I think, "well maybe...?" and NOPE. STILL RUDE!
Mike was awesome and made shipping my awkward shaped art a breeze. Shout out to Mike.
