Very poor service. I came to print some pages and just needed to cut the sheet in half, and they told me it would be ready tomorrow. They made me buy the scissors myself. I don’t recommend them… Mariana, by the way, was the lady who was quite rude!
Estoy extremadamente insatisfecha con el servicio recibido. La atención es deplorable, como si los empleados no tuvieran ninguna intención de trabajar. La comunicación es deficiente y el trato deja mucho que desear. En especial, un hombre de gafas grandes, cuya posición no sé si es de manager, fue extremadamente rudo y grosero. Su comportamiento es inaceptable. El servicio aquí no es gratuito, y pagar por un trato tan terrible es inadmisible. Si pudiera dar cero estrellas mejor, 4 empleadas una de ellas gritando como loca nada de profesional. Fui a pedir ayuda me explicaron como solo ellas entienden, tuve q volver a pedir ayuda y nada no pueden ir a la estacion a ayudarte parece q se electrocutan al cruzar al lado de los clientes. La ineptitud es demasiada para ser un centro de servicio.
