Worst service ever, I was there for a pickup, my box looked like someone else opened and someone did cause my watch was not inside and you can actually see that they seal the box with more tape. Absolutely disgraceful and fedex can’t do anything as usual.
Came to this location for the first time and tried to ask a simple question to the manager the customer service was horrible from both the managers and the representative. It’s definitely worth driving a few extra miles to another location where they actually value their customers.
HORRIBLE customer service !!!!
