The staff here is amazing. They have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. The most recent occasion, I had a large heavy FedEx express shipment that needed to be boxed and packed. They were attentive and extremely professional. They were careful with my package and made sure it got to it's destination on time. 5 stars
Doesn't accept the "Ground" drop-off claiming that I got wrong envelope while the envelope doesn't say any "Express" on it and tried to sell an envelope. Find a UPS store instead!
This lady that is working there right now is trash. First off, as soon as I walk in, she doesn't even greet me while at the same time a Caucasian man walks, and she greets him right away and asks if he needs any help. I asked her to help me with a printer and by the look on her face she seemed like she didn't want to. Then she says a smart remark, "You don't know how to work these printer"? I came in to ship an expensive painting, the representative Desiree was less than helpful. They told me they had no picture frame boxes, took the painting from me and threw it in a picture frame box with no wrapping. I asked to purchase bubble wrap to then wrap myself and was charged for a box and wrapping (understandable) but then AFTER I packaged it myself I was charged again for a handling fee. The attitude from Desiree made my friends and I feel very uncomfortable and upset. 10/10 would not ship here again.
I mainly come to this FedEx for printing services and I always have a positive experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. I recently left my ID in the copy machine and they were able to recover it and put to the side for me. Love this place definitely will return for their printing services again.
