I came 5 min before close time and it was already closed. People inside showed me that they don’t want to do nothing. Worst experience
The staff at this FedEx location are always so kind and helpful, and all of my print products came out beautifully.
I went to this store after I had placed an online order to be delivered to my house. The Kinkos store that filled my order completely disregarded my specs and what was supposed to be 3 pages printed in color on 130 lb paper and laminated with a border, was just printed on regular paper and shipped to me. I went into the store, a bit peeved, and Angela Martinez fixed everything. Laminated the copies for me and made it right. She handled my issue with professionalism and kindness. the other Fedex location sent me here because they didn’t know what to do with my problem, here the guy at the register fixed everything in 5 minutes and was very nice
