I had a really mixed experience at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. On the positive side, the girl who helped me (I wish I remembered her name) was genuinely great. She walked me through everything from start to finish, was patient, and made the whole process smooth. Easily the highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t match that level. Stay away from this FedEx location like the plague! It has to be one of the worst run locations in the valley. There’s almost always a long wait because it’s understaffed. And, the staff that is there has no idea how to prioritize service. There is never a manager or, anyone in charge. Terrible!

Angela was incredibly helpful getting a rush order together. I was confused about some of the price differences—but Angela worked with me and came up with a solution that worked. Incredibly helpful, and very kind.
