Angela was incredibly helpful getting a rush order together. I was confused about some of the price differences—but Angela worked with me and came up with a solution that worked. Incredibly helpful, and very kind.
There is no way to make the staff understand my very simple request
There is a reason this location has such poor reviews. I popped in today to ship a package and after waiting on the older Caucasian gentlemen with white hair and beard to finish telling his very inappropriate story to his co-worker he finally asked what I needed. My patience was expired at that point so I simply handed him my phone with my FedEx QR code at which point he very rudely said "what am I supposed to do with that?"
