Great service, helpful staff
The lady was rude and talked to you like you were dumb only for asking a question
Helpful Employees and very knowledgeable
I’ve been to a lot of fedexs for personal and business needs and they’re usually great. The staff at this one are thoroughly unhelpful and rude. I don’t need 5 star customer service but the attitude and incompetence when files need to work through the staff made my visit a really uncomfortable experience.
I usually go to this fedex for all of my company’s shipping. I actually have two corporate accounts for FedEx. I’ve never had an issue. Today I sent my assistant for the first time and she reported that the woman working there was extremely rude to her and unhelpful. My assistant did not know what to do and needed help and was treated unkindly. We will not be using this location anymore.
