I had a disappointing experience at this FedEx location. The employee, Ally, was rude and spoke in a condescending manner. Her attitude came across as impatient and unprofessional, making what should have been a simple visit unnecessarily unpleasant. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers have a better experience.
Kind, courteous, helpful and professional staff. Probably the best location.
