Horrible location for parking. Took 30 minutes driving around the parking lot over and over to finally get a spot. If you’re going to operate on a building with large events prob a good idea to have parking spaces reserved for your customers with a time limit. Didn’t even request this location, was trying for the location at the Hilton Anatole and FedEx kept putting this location instead

Do not go here! Even with a prepaid label they still charge an additional "handling fee" because they are located in the hotel. They wanted to charge me an additional $5 to drop off a FedEx envelope

SCAM: They charge a “drop off fee” based on weight of package you already paid to ship! Absolutely ridiculous fed ex allows this. This location either needs to shut down or change their policy. A fee for dropping off a package at their SHIP CENTER. Ridiculous

Located in a gorgeous hotel, this FedEx Office is open 7 days a week. I'm not sure where the negative reviews came from, but my experience was quite the opposite. Antonio was friendly, professional, trusting, and fast! Surprisingly, he also answered the phone when I called and patiently provided all the pricing options to me. This level of customer service is rare to find these days. I would highly recommend this location.
