I am compelled to write a 5 star review for Naveed, who works at this location. He was so AMAZING when I came on with 2 rugs diligently shrink wrapped to return. Turns out I had to put them in large plastic bags that they don’t sell there. He allowed me to leave the rugs in store (I had lugged them around all day;) and sent me to Home Depot where I picked up 2 mattress bags and got back just as it was time for Naveed to close up shop. I came in with a TikTok return QR code and it explicitly says in the email, No Box or Label needed however the guy on 6.25.25 did not accept my package because I didn't have the items in a box? He also rushed me and was very dismissive which was so weird because why is there even an issue. He kept saying you can take your items to another Fedex but he isn't accepting it and waving me off, which is disrespectful and I didn't appreciate that.
