Way too complicated to load money on a FedEx Kinkos prepaid card for use at the self-serve copiers-printers. I asked the clerk if I could use a debit card to add money to the FedEx card. She said yes. Then later said they'd only accept cash to load the FedEx card. I reminded her that she said I could use a debit card and she contradicted and said, "No. I said that I was gonna see." Customer service here is AMAZING! They take time to get to know their regulars, help them however they can and go above and beyond every time. So so helpful.
What can I say! ADAM is the MVP! The BOMB.com!!!!! After staples was unable to assist because both printers went down! I called And Adam said email it to me let’s get it done and he made it happen! He saved the day and most importantly my gender reveal! Thank you so much Adam!!!!!
I am compelled to write a 5 star review for Naveed, who works at this location. He was so AMAZING when I came on with 2 rugs diligently shrink wrapped to return. Turns out I had to put them in large plastic bags that they don’t sell there. He allowed me to leave the rugs in store (I had lugged them around all day;) and sent me to Home Depot where I picked up 2 mattress bags and got back just as it was time for Naveed to close up shop.
