Terrible service for business cards. When I went to pick them up the cuts were uneven, cards were tearing from the sides, and the quality of the paper was literally what I would have printed at home. The staff was rude, I would not recommend this location go to Office Max down the street.
I called and spoke to Kyana on the phone. She was exceedingly friendly and helpful. I called the business on a holiday Sunday, which is not an ideal day to be working, yet I could practically hear her smile over the phone. If a supervisor or manager is reading this, then please recognize Kyana's excellence.
Because this location is inside the hotel, they charge an extra handling FEE for dropping off prepaid packages.
