This FedEx is located inside a hotel with free but limited parking (10 min) out front. Very kind staff! Bella was extremely patient and helpful with my project. Thank you!
They charge for package drop offs.
We had an emergency and lost our initial poster for a conference we were presenting at. I called this location and they said I could email them and they would have it ready for us in time. Such a lifesaver such great customer service when I arrive the poster was nearly done, but I was early and they got it printed for me right away thank you guys so much.
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Nothing against the employees, but they will tell you the shipping price and then wait until the last second of the transaction to then tell you that you have to pay an additional fee solely because they are located in a hotel. Then you will have to pay $27 to leave the terrible parking garage just to escape from the fedex hell you were just in. Literally would drive 30 min out of my way next time NOT to go to this location.
$10 fee to drop off prepaid package.
