Layne, the assistant manager, was exceptionally helpful. He handled the printing services quickly and efficiently, and provided outstanding customer service without hesitation.
Do not come here- went to drop off a return package that i had a QR code for and they made me pay a $4 fee just because this fedex is in a hotel. DO NOT COME HERE aside from the awful parking situation, the completely unnecessary fee was over the top
Charges a $10 fee to receive hotel guests' packages.
