Went in for a print job. The lady that was doing the AM shift on Feb 3rd 2026 was very rude... did not want to assist with anything! When asked for help she says "I have another job to do!"... not sure if she workes for someone else remotely... worst customer service ever!!!!
I call to find out about a bike box and was greeted by a mean attitude and then I asked The one store and told me Wilshire has them now costing me more time money and harassment. So my advice is to get updated on your help for the travelling people with bikes since you are so close . Your a inept business I give you one star for the fact you took a long time to awnsers .
Its in the lobby at same level as hotel reception area. They do charge service fee 7+$ which is higher than your regular fedex shop as they are inside hotel. No need to get mad at poor employees they are just trying to earn their living
Charges a “handling fee” even though it is a FedEx. Just utter nonsense.
