Huge shoutout to Angel at this location! I spoke to her multiple times to handle several unique packages being shipped by an out-of-town guest. Always polite and perky - but when the shipper got lost, arriving only 10 minutes before closing, Angel went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly, staying focused and pleasant throughout the entire process. What could have easily turned into a frustrating moment became a heroic experience for us by Angel!
FedEx Ground is a gamble — not the fault of this location The staff at this location were pleasant, organized, and helpful — no complaints there at all. But unfortunately, I can't recommend using FedEx Ground based on my experience. I shipped a package from here to my home in New York. It was marked as "delivered," but the photo confirmation was clearly taken at a completely different building. Best location! Best service! There is a gentleman that works here, he's very cheery and helpful. He's friendly and more than happy to assist customers. I will be using this Fedex as my go-to local Fedex location.
We came in with an urgent last minute, need to print color flyers, laminate, and cut them out. And we had no idea what we were doing. Daniel,behind the counter, walked us through everything and even gave us a better idea of how to successfully make our product better. we came in with an idea and we are leaving with something better than what we could’ve hoped for. I can’t say enough great things about Daniel. He helped us every step of the way. This is one of the best FedEx locations I’ve ever visited.
I came in on the morning of November 8th and was so happy with the customer service! I had a complicated request that invovled very large electronic files. A few other copy centers were not able to transfer the files from my Mac computer to a cloud service, then to FedEx, and finally to a USB. It was so grateful for the customer service rep's patience (Daniel?). He saved the day!!! I highly recommend this FedEx location.
