Best Fedex experience. We came in with a deadline to have something printed. Unfortunately, the location did not offer what we needed exactly. But Leo at the front desk was very helpful. He was quick to help and resolve our issues by offering alternate solutions. In the end we left the location very satisfied with the results. Glad that Leo was there to assist us.
Mark was very helpful. I needed some urgent help, and he took the time to help when didn’t really need to.
Nice people work here (especially Leo- thanks!)- they let me borrow a cart to wheel in my large boxes from all the way down the street (diagonal street parking available 1st come 1st serve if you're lucky, and also on a return trip, I discovered that there is a paid parking lot right around the corner that was convenient for quick dropoffs.
Today, I had a negative experience at the front desk. The woman at the front desk, who had blonde hair, seemed disinterested in assisting me and did not even greet me. When I asked for an express envelope, she only showed me one size. I inquired about other sizes, but she told me they didn't have any. However, I found envelopes in three different sizes on the shelf. It seemed like she had lied to me.
