Reviewing for full-service printing: Leo was spectacular from start to finish. I sent him my files, and he had a proof ready within a couple of hours. The color quality, printing, and folding were perfect. Communication was excellent, and the full order was ready as promised. He knew the job was a delicate one (preparing a memorial service program), and he handled it with exceptional care.
Sandra went ABOVE and beyond! I had four massive cases for printing today and she handled the entire order FLAWLESSLY even being single handed for part of the print outs! Then by my own faults she reprinted ALL the pages in joy! She said hello to all coming in the store as well! I NEVER fear because I know that when I go to STORE 2920 the prints will be done to perfection! She is just a sweetheart of a friend to me and all! I LOVE YOU TO ALL AND THANK YOU! Praise to you all!
Best Fedex experience. We came in with a deadline to have something printed. Unfortunately, the location did not offer what we needed exactly. But Leo at the front desk was very helpful. He was quick to help and resolve our issues by offering alternate solutions. In the end we left the location very satisfied with the results. Glad that Leo was there to assist us.
Mark was very helpful. I needed some urgent help, and he took the time to help when didn’t really need to.
Nice people work here (especially Leo- thanks!)- they let me borrow a cart to wheel in my large boxes from all the way down the street (diagonal street parking available 1st come 1st serve if you're lucky, and also on a return trip, I discovered that there is a paid parking lot right around the corner that was convenient for quick dropoffs.
