For the first time in America, I might have actually experienced racism face to face. My experience doesn’t even have words to describe it. From literally being ignored, had 4 people before me getting all the support of the same service I wanted while Jeff told me to seat and create an account myself because “you do that yourself” to get an envelope with a prepaid shipping label. And when I wanted to clarify the Jeff said and I quote “I work for FedeX, You don’t”.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The were very nice and offered great service. Thank you, I was in a rush and very nervous.

The single worst experience I have ever had with a company. I went to this FedEx to send one package. After writing the address on a piece of paper, the team managed to send the package to a completely different address in a different city. After stopping the package from being delivered to a random person, I was then reassured that the package would be returned to the FedEx location that it was sent from.
