If you’re looking for a passport picture, do not even go. It doesn’t work. It always don’t work. They always tell you ohh it was working yesterday, but it doesn’t work right now.
I drop off my package in this location and my tracking didn't update. I called customer service every day for a month because the content of the package was important and time sensitive, and they were not helpful at all (even tried to gaslight that I didn't hand in the package). I came to this location at least four times to check if they still have the package, and each time I was met with rude and apathetic employee, including the manager. Always an amazing and helpful team!
Definitely the worst people in all of FedEx. Extremely rude and unpleasant. And to top it off, they lost my package. Please, if you're thinking of sending something, never use this FedEx office.
