Always an amazing and helpful team!
Definitely the worst people in all of FedEx. Extremely rude and unpleasant. And to top it off, they lost my package. Please, if you're thinking of sending something, never use this FedEx office.
This is my go-to FedEx office in D.C., they were so quick to deliver on my organization's orders! Jennifer, the store manager, is excellent at customer relationship management. Jennifer and the store helped me find important discounts for my large orders. As a nonprofit organization, we don't always have the budget to accomplish our necessary outreach goals. This FedEx store was great at working with our smaller budget while staying firm on prices.
This is a busy store. Its convenient location is great. It is across from Compass Coffee. Jennifer is the Store Manager and she runs a tight ship. Her team members like Bobby reflect her positive attitude and leadership style. Yesterday, I worked with both of them on a last minute multi-colored paper custom print job which turned out great.
