Jennifer was so nice and helpful when I printed and accidentally got the wrong paper weight for one item. She read the room and saw I was stressed and just reprinted it for me so it matched my other orders. Thank you!

Nice staff. Very helpful. But don't try to get digital passport photos here. I had mine done 3 times and every one was rejected. Too blurred. Overexposed. Reflections and shadows....

If you’re looking for a passport picture, do not even go. It doesn’t work. It always don’t work. They always tell you ohh it was working yesterday, but it doesn’t work right now.

I drop off my package in this location and my tracking didn't update. I called customer service every day for a month because the content of the package was important and time sensitive, and they were not helpful at all (even tried to gaslight that I didn't hand in the package). I came to this location at least four times to check if they still have the package, and each time I was met with rude and apathetic employee, including the manager.
