The staff are super friendly and helpful especially Gloria. I’ve had very interesting prints that needed work and she would spend the time to help and get me exactly the way I envisioned for a product. Highly recommend to come here for prints, and/or Amazon returns in downtown DC
This is the best FedEx store. They are so nice, professional, and truly helpful with any printing needs.
Thank you Sarah and Gloria (The Store Manager) have been really very helpful ! And guided me along which poster size would suit me well, especially within my budget 😅 Always had a smile 😃 on their face !
Friendly staff, but the place reeks of cigarettes. Plus the WiFi is EXTREMELY slow. I had to stand by the door to get a print code.
