Jerks charge you for getting packages. Handling fee is a joke
Because this FedEx is in hotel they charge an extra handling fee. I was dropping off a return and they charged me an extra $10. Be prepared!

The worst experience in customer service that I've experienced in a long time. The woman behind the counter just blew me off. Go somewhere else if you can.
