They charge $10 for any dropoff of any package to be sent from this location in this JW Marriott. Felt like I was getting shaken down or robbed. Took my package with me home and dropped it off @ my local FEDEX store to be sent out - no charge. BEWARE!
I had issues printing a label at home. Ebony walked me through and was great and very kind through the process! Go early in the morning. No waiting
Jerks charge you for getting packages. Handling fee is a joke
Because this FedEx is in hotel they charge an extra handling fee. I was dropping off a return and they charged me an extra $10. Be prepared!
Ebony from the JW Marriott Hotel is the best! She took care of all my needs and was able to save my real estate transaction.
