I had a package shipped to this FedEx location while staying in town for work. My company changed hotels last minute, and my attempt to redirect the package didn’t go through, so I came here with the delivery photo since this was the original address. I quickly explained the situation but was immediately met with hostility and repeatedly told in a raised voice, “that picture is not here,” without anyone checking the system. Staff is unintelligent make excuses to not do there job arguing over an email they were not getting when everyone I emailed from the same location got there emails I was sending overall terrible attitudes and knowledge of anything at all
This is apparently “not a traditional store” and thus charges fees on top of what you already paid for a shipping label. Aside from the silly concept itself, nothing about the store’s presence online indicates that it’s not the same as any other FedEx — would encourage the company to note that somewhere.
