Experience has a lot of potential for improvement. I stopped by to pick up a package and initially stopped at the front desk of the hotel where they explained that packages are signed by Fedex on the 2nd floor of the hotel. I went up there and 3 people told me it is impossible for the package to be there, even showing them that the status of delivery says "signed by receptionist" 3 people still refused and said the package is not there. Charges an additional handling fee on packages because it’s in a hotel
Most unprofessional and. Rude staff. Overcharge to pick up! So I pay shipping to get shipped and pay 10$ to pick up!. Jasmine however was great. Three days I went in row and only she was helpful
Don’t be surprised when you’re charged a handling fee to drop off pre-paid FedEx labeled packages.
Employees are incredibly rude and verbally abusive to customers. Avoid this location
