This FedEx location on 14th Street has some of the worst customer service I have experienced. The only bright spot is one employee, an Ethiopian gentleman, who is consistently helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff seem poorly trained and uninterested in helping customers. I had a disappointing experience at this FedEx location on June 2, 2026, in the afternoon. The counter employee who assisted me seemed impatient and told me to hurry up while I was confirming shipping information by phone. He also entered shipping details that I had to correct and did not seem to take my concerns seriously. This review is about the specific employee who assisted me during that visit, not the entire staff. I hope management reviews the interaction and improves customer service. Had to print architecture drawings a few months ago, now menus. Darrell both times was so helpful and patient with me. Very happy to have this store in my neighborhood.
