Great customer service
Very kind, patient, and helpful staff.
They wasted 40 minutes of my time and couldn’t figure out sending a simple letter to Hong Kong. UPS did it in 5 minutes.
I just left the FedEx Office on 14th Street (Store #1864), and I want to share how wonderful my experience was. Mr. Danny was incredibly helpful as I was sending out a return to a retailer. He was attentive, efficient, and made the entire process seamless. I truly appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and the courteous way he interacted not only with me but with other customers as well. Excellent customer service like his really makes a difference—thank you, Mr. Danny, for making my visit so smooth and pleasant!
