The woman they have working with the loc, has a very interesting demeanor. Yesterday she asked me to keep my question about rush orders until she was done and then became visibly annoyed when she realized my question led to her reworking the order. Today, I pick up my print and it looks like a cheap print job. I have had printers let me know if I needed larger resolution or another format to print clear. I visited this FedEx Print & Ship Center on July 29, 2025, around 11 AM for passport photos, both printed and digital. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional due to the behavior of the employee who assisted me — a Caucasian male who acted as if he had managerial authority. From the start, when I requested a digital copy so I could print additional photos if needed, he responded with confusion and dismissiveness, acting as if my request was unreasonable. Saturday July 12 Very un professional person working behind the Counter clearly she was sitting in the back Refused the service and said I am busy now If you can do it yourself there's the machine With out even listening my request I think It all comes from top role models of this prestigious business!!
