Some of the nicest customer service people I have ever encountered. They completed the jobs I have had them do faster than the timeline and they came out perfect. Michael is very helpful and a miracle worker. Couldn’t be happier and I’ll never go to a different printing location.
Came here to print some posters. The manager Michael was so warm and friendly in spite of the heat (AC in store was broken). Kindly kept me company as I waited. I watched his interactions with other customers. He’s genuinely the kindest manager I’ve encountered.
Dahlia is AMAZING! I had to custom print a conference poster last minute and she was so caring and helpful in the process. She anticipated my needs before I even knew what to ask. FedEx, give her a raise!!!
Dahlia is so epic! She is very kind and helpful, 10/10 customer service, probably give her a raise👍👍 Customer service jobs are taxing so it's crazy to me that someone can maintain such a positive attitude lol. Also the store is really clean, well-stocked and has everything you could need, way better than the UPS one lol
