This place appears to still use dial-up for their internet service. When dropping off a package and having to print a label Mario said it would take 5 minutes to receive an email which only took 3. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Jennifer literally gave me THE BEST customer service I’ve received in such a long time! I walked in a bit stressed due to running behind for an event I needed a last minute print job done for but I’m leaving out not only feeling prepared after having completed the job, but joy filled after having had such a pleasant encounter! I have been using this location for business printing services for over a year and they’re always incredible. I’ve printed everything from menus, flyers, custom placemats, and every time the staff is fast, kind, courteous, and the quality is amazing. The once or twice there have been mistakes (and mostly my fault- I forgot to attach the right file once) they’ve jumped to action to fix the issue and ensure I receive the orders quickly and at that same amazing quality.
