Helpful staff
We had walked up to mail a package before we went running. We did not have our wallet with us. Apparently it's mandatory to show ID to mail a package here. We didn't know that. The guy behind the counter acted like we committed a crime. I'll never use this location again. We ended up down the street with a different mailing company with no problems at all.
Called ahead to see if they had adhesive paper for labels, was told they did. Went in person to print and got a different story from a clerk who seemed to put about five seconds of thought into fixing the problem before telling me to go to another store several miles away
You won't believe this but I went into this store today and received ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Like old school 90's quality. I was amazed! I went in and Josh asked if I need help. Of course I did! He then started to walk me through the process of copying and printing my documents but we ran into an issue. Unlike 99% of store employees these days that just look at you and mumble "I don't know " before walking away, this man took ownership!
