Package was suppose to arrive 11\5. Then told it would be Monday the 8th. Then told I missed the delivery on the night of 11\6. No tag on door? Then told it would be delivered on Tues the 9th. Then told on the 8 that it was on the truck and would be delivered tat day. I was then feet from the door all day long and was later told I missed delivery at 3:08PM . Fed ex AGAIN delivered my package to the wrong location. I am looking at a delivered notification and no package. If drivers cannot do a simple thing as finding an address, perhaps this is not the job for them.
Package was delivered to the wrong address again, the person that received my package told the driver where to deliver the package to, FedEx driver took package and headed back to Evansville to the terminal, I wish I had an shipping option other than FedEx, pitiful !!!!
Whenever I see a package arrive at this location there are concern details the I know for concern; my package will be delay, I will stop receiving notifications and 7 out of 10 ten times my pack will be lost or stolen. Customer service promise you one thing and drop the ball every single time without following through or keeping you informed. I understand that people will never completely stop using FedEx but when you package reaches this location, don't say that you haven't been warned.

Was helped today by Brandon and received exemplary customer service! Had to print some items and the transactions couldn’t have been easier! This is hands down the best location in Charlotte!
FedEx is the slowest and most unreliable delivery service. I cringe every time I order something and see its being shipped FedEx. Right now I have 6 packages from 6 different stores and they are all late! They have said out for delivery the last 6 days but they never show up! Do yourself a favor and go with UPS or USPS.
I called FedEx and explained my situation for my holiday weekend, I would not be home for my package being delieved on the consecutive three days that FedEx allows, therefore, I was going to go to their location and pick my package up (which is all away across town for me). I talked to a man and he looked at my package saying that it would be in the next day however it would not be delieved until the 27th due to Thanksgiving. Was given inaccurate information about my delivery. I was informed yesterday that my package was on a truck for delivery. later that day I received a text that it was at the facility waiting to be delivered today. I went to the facility to pick up my package yesterday and was told by the service rep that it was not there because it was on a truck for delivery and there was no proof of this information.
