Im sorry surprised to read all the negative reviews. I have had nothing but exceptional service from all the ladies at FedEx on Studley Rd. I'm talking these employees go above and beyond for our company. I've never asked for help with anything that they were unable or unwilling to resolve. Nothing but phenomenal service as far as I'm concerned!
FedEx is the best place for me to return my packages from my Original purchase because they have the best customer service in the Racine area! They are very reliable and friendly and trustworthy
I just can’t believe that Bill retired. He could help at least 5 people at a time. He was like clockwork. I loved going their just to have him help me. I told all my friends that he has to be the one to see.

Great ones for sale today
Kyle from Customer Service was phenomenal with his customer service and worked through a delivery location that was difficult for their driver to find. He went the extra effort to make sure we received the package in time and his efforts are greatly appreciated. -David in St. Louis
Refrigerated package with husband's medicine was supposed to arrive by 8 P.M. Originated in Chicago, shipped to Waukegan and from there .... poof! Not able to provide delivery date! This is so unacceptable. My husband counts on that very expensive medicine to treat his rheumatoid arthritis. Shame on FedEx! Now it is Saturday and of course the company that sent it is not open until Monday.
THEY SUCK!!! I have been waiting for an overnight parcel for several days now. The driver said that he tried my apartment three times. He lied. I was home all day for two of the deliveries and even left a sign on my door stating that I was home. They didn't even leave a Door Tag on the "supposed" third attempt. GONG!
