I showed my drivers license and confirmation email with QR code and was still denied my package because I didn’t have a lease on me, I’ve never had such an absurd experience being refused my package
Leo ,an association, is the model of excellent customer service. Even up until 5 minutes of closing she was calm, courteous, and beyond helpful. A very hard worker that deserves praise, a promotion, and definitely a raise. Definitely restored my faith in FedEx.
