This location is pretty convenient in relation to my house and the service at the counter is almost always kind and patient with me (as I am handicapped and doing "normal" a tivities can sometimes take longer than expected). One major issue is that the have lost 2 extensive packages in the past two months
One employee Ray was the rudest employee I have ever met. I simply came in to ask a question and the store is not busy there’s other customers getting taken care of by other employees. Ray was extremely unpleasant. Nearly rolling his eyes at my question and responding as if the answer should have been obvious to me. Super rude and unhelpful - UPS on Chestnut way better experience.
Individuals in that vicinity are uncooperative and dismissive of your inquiries. Their behavior is unprofessional.
Very great service, and Jacob was super helpful and kind. Everyone was super friendly and patient
