We showed up to pick our print order and it wasn’t ready. They said they would deliver it the following morning and it never game. The woman at the desk has had nothing but an attitude. Worst FedEx on the planet. We now have no marketing items for our event that we ordered 48 hours in advance
The rep working 9/3/25 Weds at 11:30am (wearing glasses) is rude and unhelpful. No customer support skills.
I don’t have a printer at home and use self service printing - Jeff is always so helpful and supportive if (when) I run into issues. Wonderful resource!
The team is amazing. They are professional and do their best. Special mention for Sacha incredible to customize your document/ format/ updates with photoshop and Jeff for his people skills and warm welcoming.
