Had an excellent experience with David at the print center! I had a file I wanted to test print before doing a bulk order. I'm new to printing and didn't really know what I needed or how to do things. David took the time to patiently walk me through what I needed and explained some things that I didn't know. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, and it really made my life a lot easier!
Customer Service Manage should be commended for a job well done. Her assistance in helping me determine what happened to two FedEx packages lost in the system was greatly appreciated. Friendly, courteous and professional.
