Wanted to drop off a prepaid label item and they wouldn’t take it for free. There’s a $4 drop off convenience fee, because it is inside the hotel. Go to the one inside Walgreens at Sutter instead. Waste of time.
We had multiple packages coming in and out of this office during our six-day stay at the hotel. Jason and the team there were excellent in helping us with our shipments and any issues we had with deliveries coming out of the main FedEx hub in Tennessee. Even after we checked out, Jason called to make sure our final packages to be sent out were handled and on their way out. Highly recommend.

Tracy, the employee who helped me, was extraordinary. I had a large and complicated printing project and he patiently helped me through it. He stayed half an hour after closing to get the job done. Thank you
