Frustrated by Tracking Silence: Between July 9th and July 15th, 2025, my FedEx shipment showed no tracking updates at all, leaving me completely in the dark. I understand occasional delays happen, but there was no transparency, no notifications, and no support to clarify the status. It’s frustrating to rely on a service that doesn’t keep customers informed. I hope FedEx improves communication during transit delays customers deserve better visibility and peace of mind.
