Unreliable. Closed random times on Saturday morning.
Scheduled a pickup between 12–5 PM and waited the entire time. No driver showed up at all. Yet the system marked it as a “failed pickup,” which is completely false. No call, no doorbell, no attempt whatsoever. This is extremely unprofessional and a waste of time.
I had a very frustrating experience with the FedEx Office located at 1400 Mission St. I paid to use the computer so I could edit a document and send it to print. After finishing everything, the printer didn’t work, so I had to start the entire process over again. When I asked for a credit for the time I had already paid on the computer, the employee refused and said it wasn’t their fault. What made it worse was his attitude. I'm glad that I like this location because it's only 2 blocks to my apartment. It's a small yet busy location. Sometimes it may take a few minutes to actually speak to a team member but that's not their fault. I recently mailed a package to N. Carolina from the Post Office. It was $24 for 3 day delivery. They only tried to deliver it 1 time and when they couldn't they immediately send it back to me. 2 weeks later I'm ready to try again but I decide to check FedEx.
