Unreliable. Closed random times on Saturday morning.
Scheduled a pickup between 12–5 PM and waited the entire time. No driver showed up at all. Yet the system marked it as a “failed pickup,” which is completely false. No call, no doorbell, no attempt whatsoever. This is extremely unprofessional and a waste of time.
I had a very frustrating experience with the FedEx Office located at 1400 Mission St. I paid to use the computer so I could edit a document and send it to print. After finishing everything, the printer didn’t work, so I had to start the entire process over again. When I asked for a credit for the time I had already paid on the computer, the employee refused and said it wasn’t their fault. What made it worse was his attitude.
