Scheduled a pickup between 12–5 PM and waited the entire time. No driver showed up at all. Yet the system marked it as a “failed pickup,” which is completely false. No call, no doorbell, no attempt whatsoever. This is extremely unprofessional and a waste of time.

I had a very frustrating experience with the FedEx Office located at 1400 Mission St. I paid to use the computer so I could edit a document and send it to print. After finishing everything, the printer didn’t work, so I had to start the entire process over again. When I asked for a credit for the time I had already paid on the computer, the employee refused and said it wasn’t their fault. What made it worse was his attitude. I'm glad that I like this location because it's only 2 blocks to my apartment. It's a small yet busy location. Sometimes it may take a few minutes to actually speak to a team member but that's not their fault. I recently mailed a package to N. Carolina from the Post Office. It was $24 for 3 day delivery. They only tried to deliver it 1 time and when they couldn't they immediately send it back to me. 2 weeks later I'm ready to try again but I decide to check FedEx. Usually there is an employee that’s is very nice, today I had to deal with an angry employee that while their print and go wasn’t working, he didn’t want to help me, he wanted me to come in an hour and then after all, for something that cost 0.5$ he wanted me to charge 5$ for his assistance fee. Lol. I don’t think I ll go again.
