Staff are inattentive.
This is my favorite Fed Ex for many years, anything I needed done was done correctly and they explained how to operate the equipment so I could do lots of work easily and quickly. The staff has taken on all challenges big and small in a courteous and professional manner. Five stars but they deserve ten stars!
Personally, I liked this office. You can make copies, print everything you need and pay for it yourself without the help of employees. If you are lucky enough to be served by Ricky, you are in luck. Great job and fast, professional, courteous service!
