I am sure the service services are fine like they charge you a fee to drop off packages here. FedEx office on 725 market or any other dropbox can take your package for no fee
You need to use your room key to open the fedex room and I couldn't open it. And the hotel staff was nice and tried to be helpful but they kept me waiting and couldn't use fedex. I had to go to another location.
