I shipped a package with FedEx in July and have been following up regularly since then. Each time I call, I’m told that someone will get back to me, but it has now been three months and I have yet to receive any response. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend using FedEx, as communication has been poor and my package remains unaccounted for.

a prepaid dropoff (like a return) costs a $10 per box handling fee because it’s a location in a hotel. also it’s a pain to get to in the basement. go to the one on Market or anywhere else

There would be a 4-dollar charge if dropping off prepaid packages at this place. Go to 870 Market Street (Flood Building) instead, let the security guard know you're gonna drop off your FedEx packages, and he'll guide you to the 3rd Floor.

I urgently needed something printed for a meeting. I went in thinking I knew what I was doing, but Erdem stepped in and helped me do the job faster and cheaper! He also took the additional time to help me cut up 100 business cards from a Word file. I was astounded at the superb level of customer service, and I highly, highly recommend this store for all of your printing needs!
