The heavyset lady behind the counter was just awful. I needed help with printing a document. When I went up to the counter to ask for help, she begrudgingly got up out of her chair and slowly walked toward the counter. She had a look of pain and irritation as if I interrupted something. She did nothing but hand me a card with so called instructions and went back to her chair. She was absolutely useless and showed no concern. She did nothing to help me with my printing job. Had an amazing experience at this Fedex! Bridgette was super knowledgeable and helpful with my last minute print orders. Also extremely well stocked compared to other Fedex’s that I’ve been to!!
