I walked through almost all of Chinatown trying to print two flyers. At one place, I was told there's a $40 minimum order, plus another $40 for lamination. So, $80 total for two flyers, just for the minimum and lamination. At another place, they started printing the flyers for about the same price as FedEx, but when the first flyer came out, I realized the quality wasn't just bad - it was awful. I needed to ship an old laptop to Apple for a trade-in. But Apple's system was down. Staff at this fedex (Ellie? Elly?) took my info and gave me updates by phone and later confirmation when the system was back online and made sure I got my receipts. This location will be my new go-to as they made it as stress-free as possible.
L.A. has always been super nice and helpful in getting my shipments processed - as well as getting me blueprints and other copies made.
I ordered 2 metal signs online and used their partner company Canva to design the signs and when they came in they we’re plastic and they costs over $100 - the manager of the store would not work with me in anyway to recognize my order and the fact in black and white that the order says METAL and I spent 30minutes on the phone with customer service to replace the issue and the manager still refuses to recognize that there is a problem with what there order shows and what was actually ordered and paid for. I had a QR code for my package and it says no label or box required. After she scanned it she said I needed a box. She then went to look for a box and then tell me to put the package in myself. Then she gave me my receipt. At UPS when I drop off packages with no label or boxes I just give it to them and they give me my receipt and I'm on my way.
