Alex was very helpful on the phone when I had questions. Later I took items to be wrapped, packed & shipped. Again, Alex was knowledgeable, & able to answer all of my questions. He accepted my items, and explained things on the receipt I asked about. 100% helpful, and great attitude!
Really unhelpful staff. Wouldn’t take a drop off package 10 minutes before closing. This was on August 31st. Very disappointed in FedEx.
Wonderful experience shipping a framed commemoration! Ellie greeted me as I walked in and I asked if she could help me send a framed commemoration (23" x 25"). She identified the proper box and shipping options. The whole transaction was quick and I felt like a valued customer. The best part was that I didn't have to pack it!
