I've been coming to this location just to drop off packages for about 5 years and the two employees I always deal with (a man and a woman both with black hair) are cold, if not downright rude. And it's always that way. It's enough to ruin my day. No thanks. I'll uber to another location instead.

The service was unprofessional and unnecessarily slow. Despite being the only customer, there to ship one item using a QR code and print two labels, the process took over 10 minutes. When I politely mentioned I was in a rush and asked how much longer it would take, the younger staff member gave me a dismissive look and mumbled an unclear response.
