I've used this Center for Business and Personal projects. We worked with Paul on a pretty expensive and complicated order. Paul was gracious, patient and helpful. The order had to be completed yesterday like all orders typically are. The result was a happy boss which is priceless. I've also placed simple personal orders online. Paul was just as thorough and professional for a $5.00 order. If you work in downtown and need something created, copied or printed, go see Paul and his crew. They are the best

Pouring rain and it’s cold and windy outside. I’m waiting at the door at 8:57 AM, 3 minutes before opening. I just need to drop off one prepaid package. Employee unlocks the door and closes it behind him, rudely proclaiming “No! You will wait outside until 9 am!” Really? Have we lost all sense of humanity? It’s fine if you need a couple minutes to clock in but at least let me wait 3 minutes inside…
