Is FedEx location is very shady! I have lost two packages there so far it’s not like it used to be at all. Was supposed to check and get back to me and she never did. It’s very odd that all these packages are being lost at this location.
This is my favorite FedEx! I always try to work with Duncan. He is very helpful and attentive. He makes a visit here delightful.

I have to head to this FedEx location at least twice a week to ship items for my business. Every time I'm there, the staff is very helpful and pleasent to deal with. Big Time Shoutout to Heaven who helps me out at this location. His help is above and beyond what I expect and its a pleasure to get his assistance for my shipments.
Their systems cannot print a simple PDF file. When they managed, it was printed wrong. I asked to print again and were again unable to print properly following simple instructions. The employee in question kept blaming my file when I have printed countless similar files before and was not helpful at all. Horrible customer service with inattentive and staff not willing to help.
