Terrible service. I placed an order from Ikea that was supposed to be ready for pickup on a Saturday, but it didn’t arrive until Monday. On Monday, I went to pick it up, and they told me a photo of my ID wasn’t acceptable. I went back with my physical ID, and a woman wearing a veil (I think she’s the only woman there, apart from two other guys) told me I needed to be over 18 to pick it up—a piece of furniture under my name!!!
