I shipped all of my belongings through Lugless via FedEx when I moved from Philadelphia to Chicago. It was a stressful situation for me, and the staff was unbelievably helpful. 10 stars out of 5. I love them.

The male person in this location today was so sweet and respectful,BUT Dunttee and the lady with hijab are the worse since years specially Dunttee she will go above and beyond to make you unhappy and she will bring all her attitude to ruin you day .. fedex do something we don’t deserve this treatment
