The B lady employee who assisted customers was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited in line for over 10 minutes, and when it was my turn, she refused to help me because she said I was on the phone, then immediately called the next person. I felt discriminated against and disrespected. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.
Terrible customer service. Rude, irresponsible staff. They call and tell you they will redeliver than call you back that they are sending your package back. Ridiculous. Go to any other place than this location.
people who clearly hate the world and wants to make sure you do before you leave. Refused to give me or the person behind me a drop off receipt and made me scan it at the kiosk. Even though she had the package in her hand and then had to hand it to me and then I had to hand it back to her.
