FedEx lost a time sensitive package so my thoughts about the company as a whole are not great BUT they have Anita which makes up for the subpar service when filing a missing package. Anita has exceptional customer service skills. From them I meant you walk in, you are greeted as if she were waiting for you and it's so pleasant to talk to in an otherwise basic and short interaction. she genuinely cares about making sure you have what you need and is overall a lovely person.
