Service and quality and value don't get any better than this place. The people who work here are great.
to print you need to send an email , then wait 15 mins for a code ……
Wow. Unhelpful to an extreme. Dead eyes. Unsympathetic to tech-naïf customer who doesn’t know which “thumb drive” they have to purchase in order to scan photos, then takes next customer instead of helping current one. GO TO STAPLES.
They apparently received my package many days ago, didn't email me that they had received it until today, with the email saying "you have 5 days to pick up" When I went to pick it up it had been sent back 4 days prior. Seems like they have no idea what they're doing in there.
The worker was friendly and helpful but he was the only one on a Saturday. They could definitely use another employee
