They apparently received my package many days ago, didn't email me that they had received it until today, with the email saying "you have 5 days to pick up" When I went to pick it up it had been sent back 4 days prior. Seems like they have no idea what they're doing in there.
The worker was friendly and helpful but he was the only one on a Saturday. They could definitely use another employee
It seems Fedex has no phone customer service. This is the second closest Fedex to where we were expecting a delivery but the first location kept hanging up after calling twice, now this location hangs up after asking for a tracking number. So I give them this 13 digit tracking number they asked me to type into the telephone keypad and then they immediately hang up.
The employees were extremely patient and helpful assisting me and my family with fax services.
Needed to replace a tripod banner that was shipped to this location with the incorrect base. When I returned very disappointed after discovering the error at the trade event I was at, the staff were not at all helpful or apologetic. Chuck inspected the stand!? Opened up the bag and assembled it in front of me to prove it was the wrong stand?? So strange. Told me refunds were only handled online.
