I paid for FedEx Overnight service on November 28 with a guaranteed delivery date of November 29. FedEx failed to deliver the package until December 1, making the shipment completely useless. Even worse, FedEx refused to honor its own Money-Back Guarantee and denied a refund without a valid explanation.
