Picked up my package with a hand sized hole. Clearly someone opened it to see what was in it. One of my items is missing .
Maxwell was absolutely amazing. He helped me pack up and ship so many items and he did so with such kindness and efficiency. I am so grateful for his help!!!

Didn’t tape my package up in front of me, which I waited for the older lady to do but she INSISTED for me to enjoy my day while she held my untapped package in her hand. It was an awkward silence as we both stood there looking at each other… I ended up leaving out. Then she (or her coworkers) stole my hoodie from inside it then shipped it off. I knew to tape it but please be aware, they steal here!!
