Very good experience today. Jay, the Fed Ex employee who helped me was knowledgeable, efficient and kind.
Didn’t tape my package up in front of me, which I waited for the older lady to do but she INSISTED for me to enjoy my day while she held my untapped package in her hand. It was an awkward silence as we both stood there looking at each other… I ended up leaving out. Then she (or her coworkers) stole my hoodie from inside it then shipped it off. I knew to tape it but please be aware, they steal here!!
