I want to give a big shout out to Maxwell, the store manager on duty, and the entire team at the Eastern Market FedEx Kinko’s for their outstanding operations and top-tier customer service. Tried to submit a simple print job online for this store. Nope. System error. Over and over again. No more information than that. Maybe the UPS store down the street can do better. Probably not this store's fault...but doesn't make me want to use these guys again. So I won't.
