I will never use FedEx again. This has been one of the worst shipping experiences I’ve ever had. They failed to deliver extremely important documents to the correct address for 8 days. Every time I checked the tracking, all I got was “delayed” with no clear explanation or useful information. When I called customer service, I was repeatedly told that my package would be prioritized and that the issue would be resolved, but nothing changed. The team (staff and manager) are always super friendly and quick to assist or if busy, at least greet you before helping! They’ve helped me on a tight deadline and with special printing projects, always a good experience!
