Update: The original 5 star review below of the staff at this center still stands. But fedex messed up my international priority shipment bigtime. There was nothing priority about the way it was shipped, delayed by 5 days beyond the estimated time. The package reached the destination country 2 days later than estimated. Then they dropped the ball at the destination with a delivery exception that somehow was resolved without any changes a few days later.
