I went into this location was an item *fully bubble wrapped* and ready to go. I had a prepaid label ready. I told the person behind the counter that I just needed a box to put it in, he goes and gets a box, puts the item in the box, throws a bit of bubble wrap in with it, and charges me *$17*. I didn't ask for any of that, I just asked for a box, which other people there have just sold me for $2 and change. When the item got delivered it said I got charged for the package being overweight.
