Kafkaesque nightmare. Impossible. Corporate nightmare scenario
Professional, friendly, courteous service. Enter their convenient parking on Maxella east of storefront, and is close to store's back entrance. Arsenio was very helpful and made sure to double-check my upcoming package arrival time, and provided estimated time of usual ground delivery which is around 3pm. He also gave me option to call the store to check if my package arrived to avoid driving to the store if it has not yet arrived.
Excellent service. Very friendly. The clerk took his time to help me figure out which shipping methods were the most cost-effective.
